The Social Media & Public Relations Coordinator works on the Marketing Manager's team and is responsible for maintaining and building Structube's online community through community management and content publication. They will ensure a coherent brand experience across all channels in support of the overall marketing strategy and company growth.

SOCIAL MEDIA TASKS
  • Address and respond to daily customer inquiries on all social media platforms;
  • Collate up-to-date information on current social media trends and competitors;
  • Research and pitch content ideas while maintaining Structube's tone of voice;
  • Content creation for all social media platforms;
  • Build and maintain content calendar for all social media platforms;
  • Data entry and report creation for all social media analytics;
  • Follow-up on all active collaborations to ensure that all partnership conditions are being fulfilled;
  • Work closely with the creative and digital marketing teams;
  • Liaise with the customer service team.
PR TASKS
  • Coordinate media requests, product loans and collaboration with partners;
  • Plan and coordinate all contests, ensuring legal compliance and prize fulfillment;
  • Coordinate all Structube events and event promotions;
  • Develop media relations and key industry stakeholders (journalists, bloggers, influencers, etc.)
  • Build media lists and liaise with prominent brand contacts;
  • Create press releases that will create buzz around the brand and generate earned media coverage.
Qualifications

Who is the perfect Social Media & Public Relations Coordinator?
  • 0-1 year of experience;
  • Bilingual: must be fluent in English and French (both spoken and written)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, Business-related qualifications or equivalent;
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms including: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok and YouTube;
  • Creative with strong copywriting skills and knowledge of social media trends;
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask while working with tight deadlines;
  • Self-driven and resourceful with the ability to use one's own initiative;
  • Strong communication, problem solving and presentation skills;
  • Ability to take initiative and work within a team;
  • Knowledge of marketing metrics: CPM, CPC, Impressions, Reach, Engagement, Conversion Rates, etc.;
