In the position of
Jr. Service Advisor
reporting to the
Service Manager
, the successful candidate will be responsible for being the critical link between our customers and shop, listening to customer concerns, assessing their needs as well as keeping them informed on the progress of their repair.

You will be accountable for:
Booking appointments, greeting customers and offering excellent customer service from intake to release of their vehicles.
Answering phone calls and assisting walk-up customers.
Preparing service orders for dispatch to the service shop
Preparing accurate and clear estimates, customer billing, and most of all offering top level customer service
Writing internal repair orders for the Sales Department on Used units
Maintain professional communication, demeanor and working relationships with customers and the shop at all times is a must
Maintaining customer records and entering data into computer databases.
Other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications:
High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
Must possess a valid Driver's License and clean driver's abstract.
Good communication and customer service skills
Entry level, 2-year program to train to be a qualified Service Advisor
Customer service, accounting and billing work related experiences from an automotive industry is preferred
Proficiency in using MS Office Applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)
DMS experience, specifically PBS is considered an asset.
Attention to detail, prioritization skills and time management.
Strong computer skills.

per hour (max salary will apply after two year program)
