About the Role
We are looking for a
Junior Recruiter
to support full-cycle recruiting activities across technical and non-technical roles. This role is ideal for someone early in their recruiting career who is eager to learn, build strong sourcing skills, and gain hands-on experience working with candidates and hiring managers.
You will work closely with senior recruiters and account managers to support hiring needs and deliver a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communication
Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/CRM
Support job postings and recruitment campaigns
Assist with offer coordination and onboarding documentation
Build strong candidate relationships and pipelines
Requirements
0-2 years of recruiting, HR, or customer-facing experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable speaking with candidates over phone and video
Organized with strong follow-up skills
Interest in staffing and talent acquisition
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
