Position Summary



We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented

Jr. Property Manager

to support the day-to-day operations of our property management team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, strong administrative skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities



Tenant Relations



Act as the first point of contact for tenant inquiries and service requests Handle lease renewals, rent increases, and terminations Send reminders for tenant insurance and other required documents Prepare and distribute building and tenant notices Build strong, positive relationships with tenants

Administration



Open, manage, and close work orders; follow up on maintenance issues Maintain accurate digital and physical tenant files Perform data entry for new tenants, lease details, and profile updates Prepare lease agreements, renewal documents, and other correspondence File and scan documents to cloud storage

Maintenance Coordination



Book and manage fire inspections, follow up on deficiencies Coordinate service calls (low to high urgency), track follow-ups Schedule property maintenance and repairs, manage vendor relationships Monitor building access and security systems

Financial & Legal Support



Assist with rent collection and maintain collection records in HOPEM Manage rent receivables and follow up on late payments Communicate with legal team for TAL cases and submit required documentation Enter and track supplier invoices in the system Prepare rent verifications and deposits, follow up on payment status

Qualifications



High school diploma (DES) required 1+ year of experience in property management or real estate admin (preferred) Proficiency in HOPEM software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and customer service skills Highly organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bilingual: English and French (spoken and written)

Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation is an asset

Gestionnaire Immobilier Junior

organise(e) et minutieux(se) pour appuyer les operations quotidiennes de notre equipe. La personne ideale aura un excellent sens du service a la clientele, de solides competences administratives et une approche proactive a la resolution de problemes. Il s'agit d'une excellente opportunite de developpement dans le domaine de la gestion immobiliere.

Responsabilites principalesRelations avec les locataires



Etre le premier point de contact pour les demandes et requetes des locataires Gerer les renouvellements de bail, augmentations de loyer et fins de location Envoyer des rappels concernant l'assurance locataire et autres documents requis Preparer et distribuer les avis aux locataires et les communications d'immeuble Maintenir de bonnes relations avec les locataires

Administration



Ouvrir, gerer et fermer les bons de travail, assurer les suivis Tenir a jour les dossiers des locataires (papier et numerique) Effectuer la saisie de donnees pour les nouveaux baux et mises a jour de profils Rediger les baux, renouvellements et autres documents Classer et numeriser les documents dans le nuage

Coordination de la maintenance



Planifier les inspections incendie et suivre les non-conformites Coordonner les appels de service (urgents ou non), assurer les suivis Organiser les reparations et l'entretien avec les fournisseurs Surveiller les systemes d'acces et de securite des immeubles

Soutien financier et juridique



Aider a la perception des loyers et mettre a jour les dossiers de recouvrement dans HOPEM Suivre les comptes recevables et effectuer les relances necessaires Communiquer avec le departement legal pour les dossiers au TAL Saisir les factures fournisseurs dans le systeme Preparer les depots et les verifications de loyer

Qualifications



Diplome d'etudes secondaires (DES) requis 1+ an d'experience en gestion immobiliere ou administration connexe (atout) Maitrise du logiciel HOPEM et de la suite Microsoft Office Excellentes competences en communication et service a la clientele Sens de l'organisation, rigueur et autonomie Capacite a travailler en equipe et de facon autonome

Bilinguisme : francais et anglais requis (parle et ecrit)

Permis de conduire valide et vehicule (un atout)
