What You'll Do:

Sales and Service:

Offer auto, home, and commercial insurance to new and existing clients.

Customer Service:

Respond to inbound inquiries (billing, claims, and modifications), follow up on leads, conduct insurance reviews, and uncover cross-sell opportunities.

Build Referral Relationships

-- Connect with referral partners like car dealers, realtors, and property managers--no cold calling, just real conversations. Support marketing and administrative tasks to achieve business goals

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and multitasking skills Fluent in

English and Mandarin

to support our diverse client base while confidently serving our Mandarin-speaking customers with care and expertise. Tech-savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Office Fearless attitude--ready to pick up the phone and grow Clean credit and criminal record

Competitive Compensation:

Base salary + commissions + bonuses. First-year target:

$50,000-$65,000.

General Insurance (Level 1) license required to start.

Growth Opportunities:

Advance to Senior Sales Advisor or Customer Care Team Lead.

This is an in-office position. Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. No evenings, weekends, nor travel.
