Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in the development of innovative visual concepts and designs that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. You will work closely with senior designers and marketing professionals to create engaging graphics for various platforms, including digital, print, and social media.

Duties

Collaborate with upper management to create compelling visuals for marketing campaigns, including logos, brochures, and social media graphics. Assist in UI design projects, ensuring a seamless user experience across digital platforms. Develop motion graphics for video content and promotional materials using Adobe After Effects. Create and edit digital designs utilizing Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CorelDRAW. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for new projects. Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs while adhering to project deadlines. Prepare presentations to showcase design concepts to stakeholders using InVision or similar tools. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in graphic design and digital marketing.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential; experience with CorelDRAW is a plus. Familiarity with UI design principles and tools such as Figma or Sketch. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is desirable for web-related projects. Experience in motion graphics using Adobe After Effects is a plus. Strong understanding of typography and visual design principles. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly. A portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design work that demonstrates creativity and technical skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects effectively. Previous experience in marketing or digital design is preferred but not required.
