Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Jr. Graphic Designer - Banking who will be responsible for designing event collateral including invitations, brochures, and presentations, ensuring all creative assets align with brand guidelines. The successful candidate will interpret creative briefs, collaborate with stakeholders, and produce high-quality materials that enhance the client experience for hosted events and conferences. This role requires strong design expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. Responsibilities:
Design and produce creative materials including event invitations, brochures, presentations, and other marketing collateral while adhering to brand guidelines.
Interpret creative briefs and develop concepts that align with business objectives and elevate client experiences.
Liaise regularly with external vendors, including printers, to execute design projects.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
Apply and maintain a strong understanding of brand and visual identity guidelines to ensure consistent branding across all materials.
Collaborate with colleagues and business partners as a brand ambassador, ensuring creative alignment and high-impact design solutions.
Contribute to the Creative Services team by sharing knowledge, supporting peers, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Adapt quickly to evolving priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
Desired Skill Set:
3+ years of relevant graphic design experience.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat).
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and email marketing tools.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
Strong time management, organizational, and relationship management skills.
Experience working with brand guidelines and translating them into creative, impactful designs.
Strong attention to detail and proven skills in graphical communication and content development.
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
Nice to Have
Working knowledge of the capital markets sector.
Prior experience in a financial institution or banking environment.
Familiarity with email marketing and direct mail project workflows.
