THE WORK

Armed with your trusty spreadsheet and an uncanny ability to foresee the future, you will swoop in before the project gets off the ground. Your superpower - figuring out just how much it's going to cost to turn the drawings into reality. Your mission includes, but are never limited to: ?

Reviewing Drawings, Specifications, and Other Project Documents Channel your ability to find Prices from Suppliers and Subcontractors to get the Pricing and Availability for Materials and Services. Hunt down every single detail needed for the project - the Take-Off. This mean diving into the mysterious pool of Materials, Equipment, and Labor needed for the project. Assemble project costs - Materials, Labor Rates, Equipment, and any sneaky Costs hiding in the shadows - to unveil the Grand Total of the Project Budget. Formulate some magnificent Scopes of Work, Quotations and Estimates that have the wow factor. Quotations and Tenders and then Follow-Up Assist our Sales, Estimators, and Service teams

THE SKILLS

Serious Math and Analytical skills up your sleeve Juggle Complex Calculations and Analyze Data Communicate like a pro with Clients, Suppliers, and Project Teams without tripping into the pool See the tiny little things often overlooked - every little detail counts! Turning chaos into calm by using super Organization Skills Manage Multiple Projects (like balancing a cup of coffee, a phone call, and an apple all at once and not miss a beat) Solving Problems faster than a tsunami; Spot Risks before they swim up; and make Informed Decisions that would impress even the wisest whale Microsoft Suite is your sidekick, and it would be great if Bluebeam was part of it Proud owner of a Construction Engineering Technology or Architect Technology diploma. Read and Interpret Drawing and Specification Navigate the wild world of Tenders and Bids Surf and look for the next epic wave in a Fast-Paced Environment

Acapulco Pools is an established, privately owned company specializing in swimming pool design, construction and service throughout North America. For over 50 years, we have been traveling across Canada, leaving our mark along with some amazing aquatic facilities for communities and families to enjoy for years to come.
