Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated licensed Journey Person Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both residential and commercial electrical work, with a strong understanding of electrical systems, schematics, and blueprint reading. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems while ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial/industrial settings. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of electrical systems. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete electrical tasks. Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements. Work with low voltage systems as required, ensuring proper functionality. Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with local codes and safety regulations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

This is not an entry level position. Applicants must hold Journeyman Electrican License. Experience as an Electrician, preferably in an residential/commercial setting. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including low voltage applications. Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in electrical work. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
