Journeyman Millwrights

to support our growing portfolio of projects.

Role Overview

As a Freelance Journeyman Millwright with Vibe.FX, you will be part of a highly skilled team delivering

precision installation, maintenance, alignment, and balancing services

for industrial equipment. You'll work on diverse projects--from fans and pumps to compressors and large rotating systems--bringing expertise, professionalism, and safety to every job.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair rotating equipment, including fans, pumps, compressors, and blowers. Perform

precision alignments and balancing

on critical machinery. Conduct inspections, diagnose equipment issues, and recommend solutions. Assist with equipment commissioning and grouting of machinery bases. Work closely with Vibe.FX teams and clients to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard. Uphold and promote company safety protocols and industry best practices.
Qualifications

Journeyman Millwright certification

(Red Seal preferred). Proven experience with rotating equipment in industrial settings (oil & gas, manufacturing, power generation, etc.). Strong knowledge of alignment, balancing, and vibration fundamentals. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications. Safety tickets such as CSTS, WHMIS, H2S Alive, First Aid, and Fall Protection considered assets. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently or within a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $45.00-$70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 60 per week
