The Opportunity

We are seeking exceptional candidates for the role of Certified Red Seal HVAC Technician & Gas Fitter with a minimum of 4 years of industry experience. The ideal candidate will exemplify our company values, delivering high-quality workmanship, craftsmanship, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Repair, maintain, and install heat pumps, air conditioners, and furnaces. Mentor apprentices, promoting their growth and continuous learning. Deliver high-quality commercial HVAC services. Conduct comprehensive system analyses to ensure safety and comfort for our customers. Uphold our standard of customer service excellence in all interactions.

Display a positive attitude and strong team spirit. Earn high customer satisfaction ratings in Google reviews. Represent ServiceXCEL in a positive and professional manner at all times. Consistently deliver high-quality work to minimize call-backs. Showcase a clean driver's abstract and criminal record. Utilize design thinking and root cause analysis to efficiently resolve issues.

Compensation

We offer a competitive wage range

of $36 - $45 per hour

Qualifications

Certified Red Seal Refrigeration/HVAC Technician. Valid Gas Fitting License. Additional experience or qualifications such as TECA qualifications, Nexstar Network training, FSR license, or manufacturers' qualifications are beneficial but not required.
