This opportunity is offered through Catalyst Mind Center as an

independent contractor

position, providing the flexibility to grow your private practice within a supportive, collaborative, and welcoming team environment.

About our Centre

Catalyst Mind Centre

is a multidisciplinary practice dedicated to fostering positive change by supporting both mind and body. We offer a range of holistic services, including counselling, empowerment programs, and workshops for both adults and youth. Our therapeutic offerings are designed to support individuals, couples, and groups in a compassionate and integrative environment.

Registered Counsellor RCC or CCC,

Qualifications

Master's degree in the field of counselling psychology.

Registered in BC and in good standing with RCC or CCC Association.

To be able to work with groups or individuals.

To be interested in providing workshops (Not necessary, but will be optional)

. Experience is an asset

For Independent Counsellors

Experience in one or more of the following areas would be an asset, but is not necessary:

Individual, Couples therapy, Family therapy, CBT, Gottman, Anxiety, Certified EMDR, Neurofeedback, Giftedness, ADHD.

A secondary language (an asset).

Availability to work during the day, 1-2 evenings a week and one half weekend (i.e., half day Saturdays or Sundays).

Your own professional Liability insurance.

Ability to work in person and virtully and see a minimum of 15 clients a week.

Comfortable with collaboration and open to continuous learning and development.

Having the desire to work in an innovative teamwork environment.

Criminal record check, a new one is required if it is more than 2 years.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $110.00-$175.00 per hour
