Brand Ambassador (Social Media & Marketing)

We're seeking an inspired, creative, and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Brand Ambassador for our growing plumbing business. If you have a passion for design, social media, and making connections, we want you to help bring our brand to life!

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Create and manage engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to showcase our work and company culture.

Photography & Content Creation:

Take high-quality photos of completed projects, team activities, and behind-the-scenes moments to visually represent our brand.

Graphic Design:

Design eye-catching graphics for marketing materials, social media posts, and advertisements to help promote our services.

Client & Site Visits:

Attend site visits to take photos, gather content, and engage with customers and the team to build authentic relationships.

Customer Engagement:

Answer inquiries, take phone calls, and assist with online communication to maintain strong relationships with our clients.

Brand Development:

Help shape the voice and image of our business to ensure it aligns with our values and vision, working to strengthen our brand identity.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience with social media management and content creation. Basic knowledge or experience in graphic design (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.). Strong photography skills (smartphone or DSLR). Comfortable making phone calls and communicating with clients. Creative, driven, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. Passionate about branding and excited to represent a local, growing business.
