Job Description
We are seeking a
motivated and reliable Driver/Sales Representative
to join our wholesale flower business. This unique role combinesdelivery responsibilities
withsales support
, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate company vehicles to deliver wholesale flowers across the GTA. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers during deliveries. Promote products, upsell flowers, and take orders while on route. Load/unload boxes of flowers and handle them with care to maintain freshness. Assist in warehouse tasks (sorting, packing, organizing) when needed. Keep vehicle clean, follow delivery schedules, and report maintenance needs.
Qualifications:
Valid Ontario G driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous experience in sales or customer service (floral/wholesale experience an asset). Ability to lift and carry boxes (up to 50 lbs). Knowledge of GTA routes and traffic patterns. Strong communication skills, dependable, and customer-focused.
Compensation:
Salary + potential sales incentives/commissions, based on experience.
