Location options
This is an in-office role based out of downtown Vancouver, B.C.
Your day-to-day:
Support the Configuration Coordinator to organize deliverables, including scheduling, and tracking of tasks. Utilizing tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel etc.
Assist in creating, maintaining, and tracking testing feedback, quality, and documentation.
Collaborate with team to log and track issues, following up with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
Champion Forward's culture and brand values.
Flex your expertise across additional projects and growth initiatives.
Other duties as required.
What we're looking for:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administrative support, operations, or project coordination.
Tech-savvy; comfortable with formulas, data organization, formatting - familiarity with tools such as JIRA and Confluence is an asset.
Excellent professional written and verbal communication, organization and time management skills.
An inclusive and transparent collaboration style with resilience in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in insurance would be considered a major asset.
Successful completion of a criminal record check.
