Job Description

Showcase Property Services is seeking part-time and full-time employees with at least 1 year experience in the custodian/ janitorial industry.

We are looking for a cleaner that can work up to 8 hour shifts Monday to Friday and on the weekends.

This job includes outdoor janitorial work on commercial properties and retail plazas. Work sites may include Richmond and Delta.

The list of duties includes but is not limited to:

Cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the building and property including sidewalks, corridors, parkades, office lobbies and common areas. Pick-up of all garbage/litter in common areas, including all sidewalks and surface parking areas within the property line. Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping/scrubbing floors Removing and disposing of garbage, emptying garbage bins and around garbage compounds Clean common area washrooms, includes cleaning/wiping/disinfecting sinks, toilets, mirrors, counters and refill of all cleaning supplies Cleaning, dusting, wiping and sanitizing common area hallways, common area furniture, canopies, railings and ledges Clean up of any and all minor messes and garbage Minor graffiti removal Additional duties as required Must have personal vehicle.
Required:

Must speak English Must have a personal vehicle to travel between work sites Strong work ethic Honest, reliable and punctual Minimum 1 year experience janitorial Good communication skills Experience with WHMIS is an asset

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
