Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Condo Janitorial Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of condominium common areas, ensuring a high standard of sanitation and customer satisfaction. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in residential or commercial cleaning to contribute to a professional and friendly environment.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of condo common areas including vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Maintain cleanliness of kitchens and bathrooms, including appliance cleaning and floor care Ensure all areas meet health and safety standards by adhering to sanitation protocols Restock supplies as needed and report any maintenance issues Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure consistency across all units Assist with special cleaning projects such as carpet cleaning or deep cleans when required

Qualifications

Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping management is preferred Knowledge of floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation, and general custodial practices Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and efficiency Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods Prior experience with commercial cleaning or housekeeper management is a plus Basic skills in cooking are considered an asset but are not mandatory

JOB Starting January 1st, 2026

Daytime 9am-3pm Mon/Wed/Fri and Tues/Thurs

Weekend Sat/Sun 9am-1pm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 24 per week
