Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to maintain cleanliness and safety across our facilities. Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting floors, surfaces, and fixtures Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, hallways, offices, and common areas Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste materials Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards Assist with minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or repairing fixtures when necessary Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals safely and effectively Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards and are well-maintained

Experience

Prior experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is advantageous Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks which may involve standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and moving supplies or equipment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.44-$19.42 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 44 per week
