Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role is crucial in upholding the standards of cleanliness and hygiene within our commercial spaces.

Duties

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors. Maintain restrooms by cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking supplies as needed. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly. Clean windows, walls, and other surfaces to ensure a pristine appearance. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards. Assist with minor facilities maintenance tasks as required. Report any repairs or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel promptly. Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning duties.

Requirements

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good physical stamina and ability to lift moderate weights as needed. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames. Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
