Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Installer to join our construction and renovation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing various building components, fixtures, and systems with precision and professionalism. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing a range of technical skills in a dynamic environment. The Installer will play a key part in ensuring that all installations meet safety standards, specifications, and quality expectations.

Duties

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and installation instructions to ensure accurate execution of projects. Use hand tools and power tools to install fixtures, cabinetry, drywall, flooring, and other building components. Perform carpentry tasks such as cutting, measuring, and fitting materials to specifications. Apply caulking and sealing techniques to ensure proper insulation and weatherproofing of installations. Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to facilitate smooth workflow on-site. Collaborate with team members to coordinate installation schedules and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the process. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.

Requirements

Proven experience with hand tools, carpentry, construction, or maintenance person work is highly desirable. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Familiarity with caulking techniques and sealing procedures. Physical capability for heavy lifting and working in physically demanding environments. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills. Prior experience in construction or renovation projects is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. Reliable transportation to job sites; valid driver's license is a plus. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: $30.00-$37.00 per hour
