Job Description


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive the design, build and deploy activities for S/4HANA Sales and Distribution module, acting as a Lead
  • Hands-on system prototyping, testing, and support
  • Drive client design workshops on the S4HANA Sales and Distribution functionalities and integrations to other modules
  • Multiple experiences with requirements gathering and solution design for the S4HANA Sales and Distribution solution
  • Able to Map As-Is SD processes to To-Be S/HANA SD process, identify any upgrade impacts, and provide solutions.
  • Expertise in leading blueprint workshops, SAP Configuration, Custom (PRICEFW) Development, Cutover Activities, Data Migration, Testing and User Training and hyper-care support experience
  • Expertise in SD-FI integrations (AR accounting, inventory accounting, inter-company processing), Experience in setting up SD pricing design and integration and knowledge of SD-MM integration (MM fields impacting SD)
  • Must be detail oriented, self-directed and have strong independent problem solving skills
Required Skills:
  • Must have 10+ years of experience focused on implementing S4HANA Sales and Distribution module
  • Must have done 1 SAP ECC to S/4HANA upgrade project and at least 2 cycles of E2E S/4HANA greenfield implementations
Nice to Have Skills: Experience with and knowledge of SD in S/4HANA , EDI Interface development strongly desired * Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong executive presence and ability to interact with CxO level
  • Mentors team members in technology, architecture and delivery of applications
  • Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required
  • Creates a shared sense of direction and community among the teams
  • Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements
  • Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies
  • Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative.
  • MUST be willing to travel extensively, up to 100%.
  • A strong track record of professional success, preferably in the Consulting Services arena
