Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to lead and oversee various technology projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, particularly Waterfall and Scrum, and will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires excellent time management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines. Coordinate resources and manage project schedules using TFS (Team Foundation Server). Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that deliverables meet business requirements. Oversee release management processes to ensure successful deployment of software solutions. Collaborate with development teams to manage databases and ensure data integrity throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate communication between stakeholders and team members to keep everyone informed of project progress. Monitor project performance and implement changes as necessary to achieve project objectives. Prepare detailed documentation including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.

Experience

Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role in technology-driven environments. Strong knowledge of Waterfall and Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with AWS (Amazon Web Services) for cloud-based solutions is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Word for documentation purposes. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) processes. Understanding of release management practices within software development projects.
