Position Summary:
We are currently seeking skilled
Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 Technicians
to join our team. Depending on your experience and skill level, you'll be responsible for handling anything from basic support requests to complex infrastructure projects. If you're passionate about technology, love problem-solving, and want to work in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Tier 1 Technician Duties:
Respond to and resolve basic end-user issues (hardware/software troubleshooting)
Install and configure desktops, laptops, and peripherals
Provide remote and on-site support
Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2
Tier 2 Technician Duties:
Handle escalated support tickets
Administer and troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms
Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and basic networking issues
Document procedures and maintain accurate records
Tier 3 Technician Duties:
Design and implement network and server infrastructure
Perform advanced troubleshooting (servers, virtualization, firewalls, cloud services)
Lead project rollouts and mentor junior technicians
Work closely with clients to advise on IT strategy and improvements
Team management skills
Requirements:
Solid understanding of general IT principles (hardware, software, networking)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Willingness to learn and grow within a team-oriented environment
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for on-site roles)
Preferred (But Not Required):
IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.
Experience with:
+ Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022)
+ Microsoft 365 and Azure
+ Firewalls, VPNs, and network security
+ Virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) tools
