Responsible for managing incidents reported to the Service Desk. Performs first and second level support, which include, investigating and diagnosing issues, recording incidents, restoring service when possible and assigning incidents to the second level support teams as required. Serves an integral part of the support team in the integration of solutions, leveraging technology and maintaining high end user service levels.
