The Technical Support Level 1 & 2 will report directly to the Manager, IT Infrastructure & Technical Support and will be the first contact with users in need of technical assistance.


Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support to a warehouse environment (printers, computers, networking);
  • Provide first level support for end-user problems/issues;
  • Provide technical assistance, installation and support of PC hardware/software systems;
  • Ensure all demonstrations and instructional equipment are functioning correctly;
  • Maintain networking devices such as servers, routers, printers, etc.;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve PC hardware/software, printers, and network-related problems;
  • Develop and maintain IT service documents;
  • Update and maintain inventory of hardware and software components;
  • And all other related tasks.


Qualifications
  • Relevant degree in the field and a minimum of 3 years’ experience;
  • Fluently Bilingual in French and English;
  • Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills;
  • Experience with using ticketing systems and a remote access support tool;
  • Experience with desktop, laptop, network hardware and peripherals;
  • Understanding of networking;
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment and able to work under pressure;
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and capable of independent judgment and multitasking;
  • Customer service ease and Sense of priorities;
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which may require evening, weekend and holiday shifts.

Work Schedule:
