Ronald A. Chisholm is seeking a solution-oriented, security-minded, innovative, and resourceful team player for a full-time position as an

IT Systems Administrator

and encourages those candidates that meet the below candidate profile, and that can perform the following responsibilities to apply.

Reporting to the Computer Systems Manager, the

IT Systems Administrator

will play an integral part within our fast-paced in-house IT department, providing expertise in maintaining, securing, and automating our information technology infrastructure, and providing hands-on user support and troubleshooting. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft cloud technologies and Windows infrastructure, and who gets a kick out of solving complex technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:



Assists in the planning, design, documentation, and implementation of various systems, including PC workstations, servers, network equipment, software applications, and IP phone/mobile devices. Administers and maintains Windows Server 2019/2022 and Windows 10/11 endpoints. Manages Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, and Intune device policies. Designs and maintains Power Automate workflows to streamline IT and business processes. Automates tasks using PowerShell scripting and Power Platform tools. Implements and maintains security, compliance, and updates policies. Troubleshoots and resolves infrastructure and endpoint issues. Performs desktop support for on-site and remote users, including new-user setups; responds to and triages incoming service requests. Collaborates with IT team members to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure solutions. Assists in the organization and inventory of all hardware and software resources. Thinks 'outside of the box' to develop new efficiencies or processes to support organizational goals and strategies. Complies with all company policies, guidelines, and objectives.

Candidate Profile:



Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required. Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server and endpoint administration (3+ years). Experience with Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Power Automate (2+ years). Proficiency in PowerShell scripting. Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP). Microsoft certifications (AZ-104, MS-102, SC-300, PL-200) are a plus. Experience with Hyper-V, backup & disaster recovery, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online are strong assets. Able to work autonomously, as well as in a team setting. Organized with exceptional communication skills (verbal and written), and a strong customer service focus; fluency in English required. Able to effectively multi-task, prioritize, and execute tasks in a timely manner and with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Adaptable to changing business needs and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
