Working within our IT team, you will be providing technical assistance to students, staff and faculty.
Responsibilities will include responding directly to clients, resolving various IT issues, maintaining the hardware and software operations, supporting desktop applications and participating in innovative projects.
The ideal candidate will have Computer Technical training, or a related diploma/degree combined with experience providing user support with troubleshooting, configuring, installing, tracking issues and resolving issues in an IT environment.
