As an IT Support Representative, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues, providing support to clients, and ensuring their IT systems run smoothly. Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
Assist clients with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems.
Document and track support requests using a ticketing system.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or specialized teams when necessary.
Educate clients on best practices for using IT systems and software.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
Assist in the development of support documentation and FAQs.
Provide input on improvements to support processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in an IT support or help desk role.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
