Our head office houses Tolkoxe2x80x99s corporate services groups including Sales, Marketing & Logistics, Finance, Accounting & Credit, IT, Procurement and Human Resources.Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary Information Services/Information Technology program or have graduated in the last 12 months in this field.
• Strong desire to expand their learning with technology and end user support.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Experience with at least one of the following is required:

• Microsoft Office products
• Computer hardware/software
• IT Ticketing Systems
• ITIL Methodologies

• Work as a team member on the Corporate Service Desk Team to support all facets of Tolkoxe2x80x99s business. This will include investigating and resolving issues submitted by the business.
• Support various internal teams including Woodlands, Manufacturing, Export, and Logistics, Sales and Finance users to deliver excellent customer service.
• Through these interactions you will gain insight on multiple facets of Tolkoxe2x80x99s business.
