IT Specialist
Full Time - Remote/Hybrid
Reporting to the Director, Cybersecurity & Innovation, the IT Specialist is responsible for providing first-level technical support for computer, network, and ATM's across all locations. Working in our Help Desk environment, the IT Specialist will respond to helpdesk tickets to troubleshoot problems and support employees with such things as: system access, email, software applications/portals, IT equipment, printers, and mobile devices. The position will collaborate with the IT Team, service providers, vendors, and other internal Departments on a regular basis.
Preferred qualifications include, but are not limited to:
• Strong knowledge in the following: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Networking concepts, Cybersecurity best practices
• Experience documenting issues, solutions, and best practices in a helpdesk system
• Proficient critical thinking, decision making and ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Proficient relationship building skills and ability to collaborate with external vendors
• Proficient communications skills (oral, written, presentation, facilitation)
• Proficient understanding of compliance and privacy requirements
• Working knowledge and understanding of business and operational risk management best practices, and associated control processes and procedures.
