We are now expanding our Sales Team and looking for a passionate IT Sales Representative to help us grow and serve clients across North America.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and engage potential B2B clients across various industries (automotive dealerships, manufacturing, service, healthcare, finance, etc.)
Promote and sell software products, including:
Tamarind Cloud DMS (Dealership Management Software)
Custom Software & Web Development Solutions
Cloud & Managed IT Services
Digital Marketing Solutions
Conduct product demos, client meetings, and sales presentations both virtually and in person.
Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
Collaborate with the technical, marketing, and support teams to deliver tailored solutions for each client.
Manage the full sales cycle -- from lead generation to contract closing.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records in CRM, provide regular reports, and forecast sales opportunities.
Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and client needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B IT sales, SaaS, software solutions, or technology services (minimum 2 years preferred).
Strong understanding of solution selling and consultative sales approach.
Experience selling to automotive dealerships is a strong asset.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Tech-savvy with ability to quickly understand complex IT products.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or equivalent).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Familiarity with ERP, CRM, DMS platforms.
Existing network within auto dealerships or enterprise IT clients.
Multilingual skills (especially French, Hindi, or Punjabi) are an asset for Canadian market diversity.
