We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused

IT Sales Representative

to join our Saskatoon team. In this role, you will be responsible for building client relationships, promoting our product lines, managing technicians for installation projects, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Promote and sell products across surveillance, networking, and Point of Sales categories.

Manage and coordinate technicians for installation projects.

Initiate, coordinate, and enforce store and sales procedures.

Ensure availability of merchandise and services to meet customer demands.

Market merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans.

Provide excellent service to walk-in customers.

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Previous experience in IT sales, retail sales, or customer service (preferred).

Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable sales strategies.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Ability to lead and manage technicians for installations.
