We are currently looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to manage offshore technical projects which involves liaising with different teams and stakeholders. This is a one of a kind opportunity to work with a wide variety of internal teams providing exceptional outsourcing solutions. Through ensuring high performance of offshore teams and helping implement new programs, you will contribute to the development and growth of the company. Candidates are required to have good relationship management and consulting experience in the outsourcing environment, with communication and large-scale operation management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple IT projects of varying size and complexity and run integration projects between organization and outsourced IT infrastructure
  • Collaborate with project teams to understand their workflow and business requirements, and revise workflows where necessary
  • Manage working relationship with stakeholders and drive decision making process across multiple business units,
  • Manage and coordinate IT operations, including both server and network infrastructure administration, oversee performance management and Capacity planning for technical operations and project delivery.
  • Create Business Intelligence and KPI Reports using Crystal Reports and SQL Server Reporting Services.
  • Develop Reporting Automation Packages using SQL Server Information Services (SSIS).
  • Manage multiple, interdependent projects with moderate-high complexity and scope, under a tight deadline and within budget. Help remove roadblocks, increase overall team velocity, and speed up milestone deliverables
  • Install, manage and troubleshoot computer hardware and software
  • Maintains organization\'s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering and supporting strategic plans for
  • implementing information technologies
  • Direct technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects. Proactively
  • introduce new technology solutions for current business problems
  • Work closely with Leads across large and geographically distributed cross-functional groups
  • Keep up to date with trends and new technologies on both line of business and general IT requirements
  • Architect the IT infrastructure and lead the implementation of changes
  • Implement and execute proactive maintenance, monitoring and support processes to provide a stable and reliable IT platform to the business
  • Lead the process development transition from project to operations to ensure a smooth and successful transition
  • Define requirements for systems to support the procurement process and operations. Collaborate with IT teams to test and launch solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in computer science or relevant education
  • Must have at least 10 years of experience in IT industry, software development, and complex systems integration using various technologies.
  • ITIL would be an asset
  • Must have strong technical background and experience working with Microsoft technologies.
  • Excellent skills in systems integration, data migration, business intelligence/reporting, analysis, design, and software development.
  • Excellent skills in IT project management, business model/rules definition, pre-sales, presentation, technical documentation, testing, and training.
  • Excellent and broad knowledge of various computer technologies, software/web development, mobile technologies, relational databases, object-oriented, client-server, operating systems, and computer networking.
  • Strong technical knowledge of current and emerging IT trends, systems, applications, protocols and standards
  • Experience working with outsourced service providers and launching and scaling new processes at service providers.
  • Good team player able to handle conflict in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated experience of delivering projects on time and within budgets
  • Strong and proven project management skills
  • Experience with facilitating business requirements workshops and writing comprehensive business requirements documents
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including strengths in meeting objectives through influence, facilitation and team building
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate team members in a cross functional environment
