VIE IT Project Manager, CIB Americas FRESH - Montreal, M/F

Your daily routine ?

You will participate in the day to day activities of the FRESH IT department including :

1- Contribution to management

You will provide operational support to the FRESH Transversal Support and Transformation team & FRESH management. You will supervise the collection of information required to keep the portfolio of projects up to date (budget, schedule, work remaining, etc). You will analyse deviations and produce a summary of the project portfolio for the portfolio management bodies (capacity to complete work, overruns, risks, alerts and dependencies, etc). You will ensure that project commitments are clearly defined and met in line with the processes defined by the FRESH organisation. You will inform and/or alert follow-up management (budget, schedule, risks, etc).

2- Carry out reporting

You will prepare and consolidate indicators for the FRESH Americas entity. You will ensure that the methodology and tools are used and propose areas for improvement on a continuous basis. Where necessary, You will help to define the project management methodology and tools.

3- Participate in the FRESH community

You will participate actively in the preparation of team events (team building, team meetings, Town Halls etc.). You will contribute to the FRESH international community.

The working environment is important !

You will join the Transversal & Tranformation team within the FRESH IT department in Montreal. The North America (NAR) FRESH Transversal support & Transformation team's primary function is to improve the applications, processes, and training of the NAR platform. The team collaborates on global projects and works with staff from various BNP Paribas locations, including Europe, Canada, US, India and Latin America. The team leverages think tanks and collaborative sessions to share ideas on the best approach to address a project.

Are you our next VIE ?

You hold a master degree in business administration and/or project management and you have gained relevant experience (internships and work-study program included) in banking, finance.

You are proficient in MS Office (including Excel, SharePoint) and Power BI.

You speak English and French.

You demonstrate effective communication and organisational skills. Your good team spirit, your rigor and your ability to adapt will be assets to progress on this mission.
