About the Company

Our client is a real estate company, and they are looking to hire an IT Project Manager (Applications).

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a person who will manage the delivery of Application projects

Some of the main applications in the environment are JD Edwards ERP, Yardi, Microsoft stack (O365, Sharepoint, MSSQL, PowerApps, PowerBI, .NET)

This person will manage projects involving implementing smaller cloud apps (eg HRIS, etc), some changes to larger off-the-shelf applications, as well as some custom-developed applications (.NET, PowerApps, Sharepoint, etc)

This position will be concerned with proper delivery of these projects (on time, on budget, resourcing, milestone/update communication, vendor management, etc) so solid Project Management background is needed with experience in application implementation and development projects

This will be the only stand-alone PM for the Applications team and will report to VP of Business Solutions and Data Services

We are looking for someone who is very good at senior stakeholder management, good communicator, good at coordinating with/managing vendors

We are also looking for someone who has LED / Championed projects vs being 'one of' PMs on a project

Preference given to candidates who have experience gathering/understanding high-level requirements from business stakeholders / understanding business cases for proposed projects/changes

About You

Proven IT project delivery experience in midsize organizations

Strong experience in delivering application implementation projects (on-prem or SaaS/cloud)

Experience delivering custom application development projects (Agile)

Experience gathering/understanding high-level project requirements

Excellent senior stakeholder-level communication skills

Able to commute to Yonge/Eglinton 3 days/week

Azure exposure

.NET projects

Yardi implementation project experience

Salary Range

$100,000-$120,000/year
