PROJECT COORDINATOR



We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient IT Project Coordinator with Junior Scrum Master experience to join our dynamic team. This role bridges IT project management and agile team facilitation, making it ideal for candidates with experience in project coordination and working knowledge of Scrum Master principles.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, manage day-to-day project operations, and ensure alignment with technical and business objectives. This is a dynamic position that requires strong organizational, communication, and facilitation skills--alongside a solid understanding of the SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Project Coordination

Coordinate with IT teams and other stakeholders to track ongoing project components and dependencies. Maintain and monitor project plans, timelines, and deliverables using tools like JIRA, Excel, and MS Project. Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and follow up to ensure timely completion. Support project documentation including status reports, risk logs, and communication plans.

Scrum Facilitation



Serve as a Scrum Master for small teams or initiatives, leading daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Assist in removing impediments to the team's progress and act as a buffer between external distractions and the team. Promote agile best practices and ensure consistent application of Scrum principles.

Collaboration & Communication



Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure clarity and mutual understanding. Facilitate effective communication and engagement across teams, departments, and management levels. Support change management and stakeholder communication during project transitions.

Qualifications & Experience:



3-5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Scrum Master, or in a hybrid PM/SM role. Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience leading small scrum teams. Awareness of traditional project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Hybrid). Understanding of software development processes, and technical terminology. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, MS Project).

Organization & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple moving pieces, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure. Facilitation & Communication: Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills to lead meetings and ensure team alignment. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with technical teams, understanding system components, and supporting solution discussions. Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying issues and resourceful in resolving roadblocks with minimal supervision. Adaptability: Able to switch between coordination and facilitation modes while maintaining team morale and project momentum.

Nice-to-Have:



Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification. Experience working in retail sector.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
