:Robert Half Technology is looking to hire a full time IT Manager for a client that is rapidly expanding in Toronto.Please take a look at the summarized information below and apply if you are a good fit. Thank you for understanding.Role: IT ManagerType: Full Time / Permanent / 35 Hour Work WeekLocation: Toronto / Fully On-Site to Start / Hybrid 3x per week after probation

  • Occasional Travel to sites in GTA (travel reimbursed)
Compensation: $100k to $115k + 3 Weeks Vacation + Full Benefits + Education Reimbursement Program + Full WFH HardwareRequirements:Requirements:- Must have access to vehicle to travel to sites across- 5 years of experience in a similar IT leadership role; people management experience and comfortable being hands-on- Strong systems background with good knowledge of networking- Office 365 (migrations, support configuration to system, policies)- Azure/Entra- ERP experience with Dynamics NAV and Business Central- IT best practices; policies and procedures- Knowledge of IT Security / Cyber Security- Disaster Recovery /Business Continuity- Vendor Management- Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical to non-technical- Proven experience of promoting team collaboration, upskilling team, innovation and continuous improvement- Asset: Security Online in Cloud + Configuration of Azure Entra + EDR
