\xc2\xb7 Manages solutioning and projects for ERP applications and responsible for the implementation, upgrades, and overall maintenance of the PeopleSoft Applications and System Development, which includes the design, project development, testing, and delivery of various PeopleSoft application modules, including configuration, reports, queries, interfaces, conversions, and implementation of custom solutions. \xc2\xb7 Provides process, leadership and project management to develop policies, procedures and standards based on IT/ERP best practice and ensures conformance with departmental and enterprise objectives. \xc2\xb7 Proposes, leads and implements scalable, sustainable and cost-effective solutions and projects meeting internal and external customers\xe2\x80\x99 objectives. \xc2\xb7 Analyzes problems/needs, researches possible solutions and implementations using existing functionality; implements, tests and presents solutions and recommends customizations if necessary. \xc2\xb7 Documents detailed functional and design specifications and adheres to ERP methodology or standards. \xc2\xb7 Manages and leads the business/system requirements, design, configuration, security, and delivery of various PeopleSoft application development components, including reports, interfaces, conversions, and implementation of custom solutions. \xc2\xb7 Manages and leads workshops or sessions to gather information for functional and system requirements. \xc2\xb7 Identifies and documents business processes using process models (swim-lane, activity diagrams) including \xe2\x80\x9cas-is\xe2\x80\x9d (current state) and \xe2\x80\x9cto-be\xe2\x80\x9d (future state). \xc2\xb7 Performs or leads FIT-GAP analysis to develop options for gaining process efficiencies or converting to delivered functionality. \xc2\xb7 Develops prototype material for user to demonstrate associated functionality and designs prior to delivery and full system testing. \xc2\xb7 Leads effort and manages the use of automated scripts for configuration items and migrating through for testing, environment syncs, and/or project release for go-live deployment. \xc2\xb7 Leads effort to creates and updates documentation for items like functional specifications, operating procedures, configuration, testing scripts, test data sets, test materials, training etc. \xc2\xb7 Leads effort to provide training or overview of technology and changes. \xc2\xb7 Designs, plans, tests and implements remediation\'s which meet functional and technical specifications of a large PeopleSoft application. Responsible for defects and fix changes through testing cycles and environments. \xc2\xb7 Troubleshoots operational and application issues. \xc2\xb7 Provides guidance and specialized functional knowledge to internal and external contacts. \xc2\xb7 Effectively communicates \xc2\xb7 Plan and oversee the installation and maintenance of computer systems, hardware, and networks \xc2\xb7 Assist the IT department head with leading and training IT staff \xc2\xb7 Develop and implement policies related to network security, disaster recovery, and IT infrastructure \xc2\xb7 Analyze resource utilization and develop strategies to optimize performance \xc2\xb7 Establish, measure, and define IT goals and maintain an IT roadmap \xc2\xb7 Monitor and analyze the success of IT initiatives and projects and continually develop and evaluate new technologies and tools for the company \xc2\xb7 Direct the activities of the help desk to ensure the IT needs of users are met \xc2\xb7 Manage development projects to integrate new technologies into existing systems \xc2\xb7 Perform ongoing support and maintenance of all hardware, software, and network components \xc2\xb7 Establish a security policy to protect company information and resources \xc2\xb7 Job Qualifications and Skill Sets Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $87,000.00-$101,000.00 per year Benefits:
