Alteo is looking for a Business Analyst / ERP Project Manager for a permanent position based in Montreal.

*** Hybrid (1 to 2 days/week in the office) ***

You will be part of a small team with a collaborative spirit, for a well-established company, guaranteeing stability and growth prospects.
Your primary role will be to support customers and integrator partners in ERP systems integration projects.

Responsibilities:

• Understand, gather and analyze customer requirements,
• Oversee the design and implementation of projects,
• Provide solutions to customer issues through your business expertise
• Manage the customer relationship and be a privileged interlocutor
• Be responsible for all aspects of the projects entrusted to you
• Carry out parameterization using the SQL database and internal tools
• Commit to results that respect the contractual and financial framework (budget/margins, change management)

Profile:

• DEC/BAC in IT or equivalent
• 2-5 years in a similar position
• Functional and sectoral skills: knowledge of manufacturing processes, distribution etc.
• Experience as a consultant in ERP systems integration missions (important asset)
• Good analytical skills
• Good knowledge of databases, ideally SQL
• Knowledge of ERP specific tools (asset)
• Positive attitude, team player
• Some travel possible in Quebec, most of the work being done remotely
• Good communication skills, ability to write documentation in French
• Ideally bilingual (fluent in French; functional English)

Votre r\xc3\xb4le principal sera d\'accompagner les clients et partenaires int\xc3\xa9grateurs dans dans des projets d\xe2\x80\x99int\xc3\xa9gration de syst\xc3\xa8mes ERP.

Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s:

• Comprendre, recueillir et analyser les besoins des clients,
• Superviser la conception et la r\xc3\xa9alisation des projets,
• Apporter des solutions aux probl\xc3\xa9matiques des clients gr\xc3\xa2ce \xc3\xa0 votre expertise m\xc3\xa9tier
• G\xc3\xa9rer la relation client et \xc3\xaatre un interlocuteur privil\xc3\xa9gi\xc3\xa9
• Etre garant de l\xe2\x80\x99ensemble des dimensions des projets confi\xc3\xa9s
• R\xc3\xa9aliser du param\xc3\xa9trage en utilisant la base de donn\xc3\xa9es SQL et les outils internes
• S\'engager sur des r\xc3\xa9sultats qui respectent le cadre contractuel et financier (respect budget/marge, gestion des changements)

Profil:

• DEC/BAC en TI ou l\'\xc3\xa9quivalent
• 2-5 ans sur un poste similaire
• Comp\xc3\xa9tences fonctionnelles et sectorielles: connaissances des processus manufacturiers, distribution etc.
• Exp\xc3\xa9rience en tant que consultant dans des missions d\xe2\x80\x99int\xc3\xa9gration de syst\xc3\xa8mes ERP (atout important)
• Bonnes capacit\xc3\xa9s d\'analyse
• Bonnes connaissances des bases de donn\xc3\xa9es, id\xc3\xa9alement SQL
• Connaissances des outils propres \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99ERP (atout)
• Attitude positive, joueur d\'\xc3\xa9quipe
• Quelques d\xc3\xa9placements possibles au Qu\xc3\xa9bec, la majorit\xc3\xa9 du travail se faisant \xc3\xa0 distance
• Bonnes aptitudes de communication, capacit\xc3\xa9 de r\xc3\xa9diger de la documentation en fran\xc3\xa7ais
• Id\xc3\xa9alement bilingue (ma\xc3\xaetrise du fran\xc3\xa7ais; anglais fonctionnel)
