We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT & Logistics Assistant to support the organization's technology needs by assisting with hardware setup, troubleshooting, and inventory management, and helpdesk support. The role also involves contributing to automation projects and reporting tasks in alignment with organizational policies. This role offers practical experience with IT systems in a collaborative environment that values innovation and learning.
This role offers hands-on experience with IT systems, including exposure to CMS platforms, APIs, automation tools, such as Power Automate, and reporting platforms. Skills developed include device management, data security, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Hardware & Device Management
Provide IT support for staff experiencing issues with phones, printers, computers, networks, and account management.
Assist in managing mobile devices using Samsung Knox.
Set up new hardware (laptops, desktops, mobile devices, fobs, etc.).
Maintain accurate inventory of all devices.
2. Helpdesk & Administrative Support
Respond to IT helpdesk tickets and phone calls.
Uphold privacy and data security best practices; assist in developing security policies and procedures.
Build and analyze reports using healthcare platform tools.
Work with APIs and automation tools to streamline processes.
Support business process automation using Microsoft Power Automate and related tools.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a College or University program in
Computer Science
,
Information Technology
, or a related field.
Knowledge of database management and networking concepts.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Commitment to confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive information.
Clear Police Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with APIs and system integrations, Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint.
Experience with reporting tools (Google Looker, SQL).
Exposure to mobile device management platforms (Samsung Knox).
Understanding of privacy and data security best practices.
Relevant networking certifications (CompTIA Network+).
Experience with healthcare platforms (AlayaCare).
