We're looking for a

hands-on IT Lead

who thrives in a fast-paced environment where structure, responsiveness, and user satisfaction matter. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing our IT infrastructure, overseeing employee tech onboarding, and coordinating support with our external IT partners. You'll be the go-to person for keeping systems running smoothly and users happy. Experience with

SAP Business One (SAP B1)

is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, networks, and connectivity across multiple sites Manage daily IT operations with a strong emphasis on end-user support and satisfaction Lead new hire technology onboarding, including device setup, access configuration, and orientation Coordinate help desk tickets and troubleshoot issues with support from external IT service providers Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues Maintain IT documentation and improve processes for efficiency and consistency Support software updates, access control, and basic compliance requirements Assist with SAP B1 support, integration, or vendor coordination (preferred but not required)

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or infrastructure support Strong working knowledge of Windows environments, networking fundamentals, and end-user devices Proven ability to manage help desk workflows and third-party IT support relationships Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks independently Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical users Familiarity with SAP Business One or similar ERP systems (a plus)

Pay: $41,316.02-$65,187.32 per year
