Oversee mainframes, UNIX, Windows servers, storage, and network devices 24/7 to meet SLAs.
Quickly address high-priority requests and incidents; escalate as needed.
Participate in system recovery and service restoration efforts.
Apply updates, patches, and resolve related issues.
Execute approved changes for mainframe, midrange, and network platforms.
Meet service level commitments to clients and stakeholders.
Develop training materials and maintain documentation.
Engage in yearly audits and disaster recovery drills.
Work various shifts, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
QualificationsBachelor\'s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, or similar.
5-8+ years of demonstrated experience supporting large zOS mainframe systems.
Extensive experience with UNIX and Wintel servers.
Proficiency with service management tools like eSMT, CIT, Remedy, and ITIL.
Familiarity with system and application monitoring tools, OS365 Suite, and Power BI.
Knowledge of relevant programming languages and scripting (e.g., Python, Shell scripting).
Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM), holidays, and weekends as needed.
Employment DetailsSalary: $50.00HR - $55.00HR
Benefits: 40 hours weekly, Contract, Fulltime, Hybrid

Other: 6 months contract, possibility of extension, career growth
