The IT Help Desk Analyst will primaly respond to IT tickets and equipment setup in addition to assisting in the on-going support and maintenance of the operational environment (Windows and Linux Servers, Operating System patching, network configuration, end user equipment, Enterprise printers, AV equipment including VoIP). You will be responsible for helping employees of various technical backgrounds to solve issues preventing optimal productivity. This means be resourceful to solve problems and translating technical instructions for the employees to understand. You will also hold regular trainings on technologies that help increase productivity and employee satisfaction. You must be a self starter, and have a resourceful and get-the-job-done mindset, with the ability to troubleshoot issues with little guidance and assistance.
