goeasy is seeking an IT Help Desk Analyst to work in our new downtown Toronto Office. This individual will provide Tier 1 support, maintenance, basic network troubleshooting, and user orientation for personal computing devices, desktop software, and related peripherals to internal staff. As the successful applicant, you will report directly to the Senior Manager, IT Operations. IT Services is a department in which roles and personnel will evolve as customer needs and technologies change.
