Key Areas of Responsibility:

Onsite data cabling, setting up network racks and troubleshooting network equipment and cabling Resolving onsite technical support issues with servers, desktop, phone systems, surveillance systems, alarm systems, AV systems, applications and networking equipment Deploying work stations, installing preconfigured switches, and installing software Maintaining accurate documentation of client networks, information, and issues Ability to create clear, concise, client-facing communications. Ability to use good judgment to effectively prioritize work Multi-tasking & organized
Experience:

Data cabling, setting up network racks, configuring network equipment is a must Desktop OS (Windows 11, Mac OS, Linux) Microsoft Office PC Hardware troubleshooting Enter time in central time keeping system system
Requirements:

Minimum 1 years experience providing IT support as a hands-on field technician Capable of data cabling, setting up network racks and wall mounts, cameras and network equipment Expert level familiarity with desktop operating systems Hardware & Software Troubleshooting experience with PCs, Macs, and Laptops Experience with Active Directory, Windows Server Environments Basic to intermediate experience with Windows Server 2019/22 for creating AD accounts, managing Exchange mailboxes, resolving system issues, and other management tasks Understanding of basic networking concepts Experience with managing service tickets and time tracking Will be responsible for hardware, software, and network troubleshooting Will correspond and provide collaborative support to other team members. Will be responsible for updating documentation and processes. Will be responsible for briefing IT Manager.
Required license or certification:

A valid driver's license Diploma or Bachelor Degree related to Networking or Systems Administration Certifications from Microsoft, Meraki or Cisco are an asset Previous and progressive technical support experience Valid driver's license with regular access to a vehicle. Be available from Mon-Fri 8am-8pm as well as being open to working evenings and weekends.

$17.20-$21 depending on qualifications and experience Medical and dental benefits after probation
