We are seeking a reliable and professional On-Call Field Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering quality service.

Key Responsibilities

Perform on-site service, installation, or troubleshooting as assigned Visit client locations within the assigned week Use and update company CRM system accurately Follow professional communication and reporting procedures Maintain high standards of safety, appearance, and conduct

Requirements

Must have a

reliable personal vehicle

(mileage paid) Ability to work independently and manage on-call responsibilities Basic computer literacy; CRM system experience preferred

Computer Science or CCTV field experience is an asset

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Smartness and professionalism are a must
