MZM is looking for Sales and Business Development individuals with strong IT Staffing/Professional Service sales experience in Public or Private sector.
We are seeking professional, energetic, result focused and organized individuals with an aggressive sales mentality.
Experience and skills (Must have)
5-10+ years of IT Staffing /IT Professional services consulting sales experience.
Strong relationships in the USA/Canadian market.
A proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue objectives in complex solutions environment in Private and Public sector
Candidate should possess a strong suite of local client relationships (Public sector, Fortune 500, CIOs, Senior Information Systems Executives, and Senior Business Executives) as well as industry relationships (software vendors, integrators)
Has a hunter mentality loves to cold call and open new accounts
Leads and manages customer engagement opportunities from lead generation, to deal review, to negotiations and closing a deal
Proven track record of larger engagements within the IT-Service industry
Proven track record of sales successes
Open, communicative and team-oriented
Self-reliant, Goal oriented, resilient and compelling
Mandatory Requirement:
Mandatory USA/CANADIAN sales experience in IT Staffing and Technology Professional services
