Position Overview
We're looking for a strategic, target-driven, and relationship-focused Sales Manager to lead our client acquisition efforts in the highly specialized field of Canadian immigration services. This role is ideal for someone who understands the nuances of high-trust consultative selling, particularly with Chinese-speaking clients seeking business, investment, family, or study-based immigration pathways to Canada.
You will play a central role in driving our sales performance by managing inbound and outbound leads and working closely with our immigration advisors (RCICs) to help clients make confident, informed immigration decisions. Fluency in Mandarin and deep familiarity with the Greater China market is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Lead and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to consultation, objection handling, and deal closure.
Coach and manage a small sales team, including setting targets, training, and performance reviews.
Nurture relationships with qualified leads generated from marketing channels and referral networks.
Utilize platforms like WeChat, Xiaohongshu (RED), Douyin, and live webinars to engage and educate prospects.
Collaborate with marketing and RCICs to create tailored presentations, pitches, and client materials.
Track, measure, and report on sales performance using CRM tools and KPIs.
Host client-facing events and webinars to promote Tianen's immigration solutions.
Stay updated on Canadian immigration trends, pathways, and policy changes to ensure accurate client guidance.
Qualifications
5+ years of sales or business development experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Prior experience in immigration, international education, legal, or consulting services is strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of digital platforms and tools used for lead generation and client outreach in the Chinese market.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in both English and Mandarin (written and verbal).
Strong project management, campaign execution, and budgeting skills.
Experience hosting webinars or client seminars is a plus.
