WHAT WE\'RE LOOKING FOR We are seeking an experienced IT Compliance Analyst who will be responsible for ensuring a strong control environment is operating effectively. This hybrid position will be located at our Head office in Toronto WHAT YOU\'D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

• Act as primary point of contact for audits, facilitate written business responses to audit findings, and develop action plans with key stakeholders
• Serve as point of contact for company\xe2\x80\x99s external auditors in defining walkthrough and testing timelines, gathering of requesting data, and review of provided data for accuracy and completeness
• Assist with the transition of the Sarbanes-Oxley initiatives to the process owners and encourage ownership
• Perform risk assessment analyses and valuations for the current business processes new processes and system implementations
• Verify that required compliance controls are baked into new products
• Test the controls documented and communicate results in work papers and written reports to all levels of management (self-assessments)
• Manage the documentation of new or existing IT General and Application controls update existing documentation to reflect changes in the process or controls

• Partner with corporate functional and technology leaders and execute a technology risk strategy that will enhance overall risk posture
• Provide consultative support to engineering teams and business partners to identify opportunities for control improvements with the objective of mitigating risk and improving operational performance
• Maintain centralized document repository for testing plans and business requirements across the organization

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE

• Experience evaluating ITGCC of ERP (SAP, PeopleSoft, Hyperion), outsourced and/or "in-house developed" applications
• Experience evaluating ITGCC of various infrastructure components (servers, databases)
• Knowledge of all phases of SOX work
• 2-5 years of IT work experience, particularly in the compliance space
  
• Experience providing SOX Training to IT Management and junior audit or SOX staff
• CISSP, CISA, PCI ISA, CRISC or similar leading industry certifications preferred
