POSITION PROFILE and RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for an IT & Business Systems Manager to be the hands-on owner of all technology and systems across our organization. Reporting to the President and Chief Administrative Officer, you will be both strategic and practical -- managing our core business platforms, building reports and analytics that support performance management, and overseeing the vendors who maintain our network and devices.
This is a unique position that blends IT expertise with business insight -- ideal for someone who is as comfortable writing reports for senior leadership as they are negotiating software contracts or troubleshooting network issues.

You will be responsible for:
Systems & Business Applications
o Serve as administrator and internal lead for business systems (including NetSuite ERP, CIS direct store delivery mobile technology & Microsoft Office 365).
o Manage EDI processes and other system integrations, upgrades, and configurations.
o Build reports, dashboards, and analytics to support finance, operations, and leadership decision-making.
Business Partnership
o Work closely with finance, operations, and leadership teams to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
o Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and data visibility across departments.
o Develop and implement IT policy and best practices for the organization.
o Provide training and support to staff on system use and best practices.
IT Infrastructure
o Act as the go-to IT resource for the business (first point of contact for system issues).
o Oversee external providers for network, server, and PC support, ensuring reliable performance and service delivery.
o Oversee IT security, access management, and disaster recovery planning.
o Manage software contracts, licenses, and renewals.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and SKILLS
Post-secondary degree or diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in IT, ERP administration, or business systems management.
Hands-on experience with NetSuite (or comparable ERP platform) strongly preferred.
Proven ability to design and deliver business reports and dashboards (Power BI, SuiteAnalytics, or equivalent tools).
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and networking, with experience coordinating external vendors and service providers.
Strong grasp of IT security, access management, and disaster recovery planning.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
A collaborative mindset with a business-first approach to technology solutions.
